I usually go to Elsa who is amazing and has a super light hand but she wasn’t working today so I went with Ari and she is amazing! She is from the Frisco location but was covering for someone and she was very attentive and comforting throughout the whole thing! They’re both great options and work so fast but well!

Ari I just want to say THANK YOUUUUUUU!!! I have been getting waxed since 2021 and let me tell you I have some stories but today was THE BEST!! She took her time and soothed me through it! She is the manager at the Frisco location. She is definitely top tier!! I visited the Carrollton location and it looks like I will be at Frisco from now on because I just can’t let go now! I have found my Wax Wizard! Spic and span baby bald 👩🦲
